I’m only a single-property owner, so in commercial terms I’m probably the lowest priority customer – yet I’ve always been treated as if my business genuinely matters. Managing a house in Antigua while living in the UK adds extra complexity, especially as most of their customer base is US-focused, but the team consistently helps me navigate those challenges. The platform also does everything I need right now – channel management, automation, payments and guest communications – and gives me room to grow as I get more advanced. > > **Cons**: The main downside has been timelines for new features. When something is “on the way,” it can take longer than expected.
