> **Pros**: easy to use can customize, love that the focus is on keeping my staff engaged, motivated, and willing to work hard to succeed individually and as my staff all together.

> **Cons**: response ticket times sometimes delayed, but that isnt a issue for me. most of the questions ive had in the past i can actually look up on google or reviews site for help if my ticket response gets delayed so no problems here

> You wont regret it signing up with TRF. itll help motivate your growing business and staff to work harder if they have a game plan and rewards are set from the start to do better and reinforces postivity in my business. helps them strive harder to reach our goals daily, quarterly, and yearly.
