> **Cons**: The only thing that is a little tricky is reporting without running a report. I wish there was a button I can click to see all recent completed training like we were able to in the old system.

> We use TrainingToday for new hire training. We have the gold subscription so that we can create our own courses. We like that it is easy to use on the administration side and the learner side.
