Trying to cancel the subscription and they won’t refund me for the months that I won’t be using their service. > > Had motive for many years. Few months before 2025 got an email saying there will be price increase. Wasn’t happy and I replied to the same email saying do not charge me because I won’t be renewing my subscription I no longer will be using motive. Ended up still getting charged with the price increase.
