It isn't flawless but I would never say that the algorithm has put our prices too cheap which means that we are always squeezing the most out of our properties. > > **Cons**: The reaction time to get surge events factored into pricing can sometimes have too much of a delay and so a few bookings sneak through that are underpriced. It doesn't happen too often but can from time to time. > > We do feel that we pay for what we get and are happy with the end results we get from the algorithm and the pricing it suggests. If you’re connected to a channel manager and you create bookings manually, they still charge for this and expect you to tell them within 15 days for a refund. If you have Airbnb’s Smart Pricing turned on (which most hosts do), it overrides Beyond completely—making their paid service effectively useless. They don’t warn you about this, and when you raise it, support is rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help > > I used Beyond for two months, couldn’t get their pricing to work due to the Airbnb conflict, and got no support—just attitude. I ended up lodging PayPal disputes, one of which I won. Still, they refused to refund me the rest and closed my account with a snarky sign-off.
