No other software offers something like this where we can be so specific with the redial rules and targeting. I also like how user-friendly and simple the software is to use. Couple years ago when I used Call Tolls I spent extra time to make sure that updates in Call Tools were updated in my crm. I took lot of time and thing were missed.
