> **Pros**: Good prospecting tool which is easy to create automated cadences/workflows out to prospects/customers etc. Ability to add in a level of manual customisation as well helps to scale outbound comms easily.

> **Cons**: Search functionality could be better e.g. ability to filter contacts by 'does not include...'. Although it integrates with our CRM (HubSpot), this could be better. At the moment it's fine for sharing info between the two on engagement, but lacking in terms of properties. There are workarounds but it could be better.
