> **Pros**: The system is easy to use and set up. The app allows us to make calls outside of the office but whilst still using the office phone number, which is useful as many customers know our number and also protects staff from giving away their own personal numbers if they have to make calls outside of the office. &#10;&#10;The customer service team have generally been responsive when required.

> **Cons**: The app doesn't allow you to stay logged in, but stop receiving calls. So I have to log in and out each time to avoid receiving calls when not working.

> Ringover is our first VOIP system and we have been pleasantly surprised with how easy the system has been to use and the added features having an internet based phone system works.
