Reconciliations are easy to do and you can fix items really easily when mistakes are made. Also customer support is excellent as if you have any issues there is always someone you can talk to to get them fixed. They are also very knowledgeable about the product and never talk down to you if you've done something stupid. The reporting system is easy to use and very effective in producing departmental P\&Ls etc. Also the guides that Sage have are easy to find and very easy to follow. I would definitely recommend Sage to anyone as I find it saves time so is value for money. > > **Cons**: I do not like the invoicing system. You can either go through the supplier or go to invoices and generate a new one, which is confusing and if you delete an invoice it does not always delete on the customer. Also once you save an invoice it disappears which means you have to go back into the invoice to print and put the invoice to the ledger.
