In terms of layout for the questions, it was simple to design question flow which worked and using the branching facility it is possible to build a dynamic form which only asks the relevant questions. Ability to view the results in a spreadsheet is the ultimate upside here, allowing advanced configuration and analysis - for instance you can use it for anonymously completing a poll, and cleanse the answers to avoid duplicate votes from one responder. > > **Cons**: The types of questions you can pose, whilst generally broad, do not allow full customization - for instance if you wish to shuffle the answers, but also include an option for 'none of the above' or 'all of the above' you cannot freeze that item at the bottom within the shuffle. > > A really intuitive and easy to use survey tool, with the power of a sophisticated spreadsheet for handling responses. Whilst the customer support available by Google is fairly minimal, there is a strong community from which to seek answers.
