It offers some security at an affordable price and doesn't intrude on the user's experience of our product. > > **Cons**: The portal is, in the main, adequate, it can take one or two more clicks to find the information you want sometimes but we haven't found much to complain about. And if we've needed a bit of extra functionality we've used the API to provide it or LicenseSpring have added it quickly. > > I was involved in selecting a lighter-weight licensing solution for some of our products. We chose LicenseSpring for a number of reasons, it met our requirements, was easy to integrate using their .NET/C\# API, wasn't very expensive at the tier we needed and offered a good compromise between security and ease of use. Support was very good from the outset and remains very good. We have never needed support for end-user use. LicenseSpring have responded positively to new feature requests in the portal and SDK queries.
