> **Pros**: It was super clean, easy to use, and way more modern than a lot of other salon software. The booking flow made intuitive sense, it was simple to manage multiple stylists and types of services, and we didn’t need hours of training to get the team up to speed. I also liked how customizable the settings were, which made it easier to work with our hourly, gratuity-free setup. Bonus points for outstanding customer support when we needed it.

> **Cons**: We wish the timing and pricing customizations increased by a percentage instead of a flat dollar amount. With our hourly pricing model and each provider having their own rate, this feature didn’t work for us and made pricing adjustments a manual process. We also wish the two-way texting feature allowed conversations to be private between a provider and their client, instead of making every conversation visible to the entire salon team.

> Overall, Mangomint was one of the cleanest, easiest-to-use salon software platforms we’ve worked with. The booking system was smooth, the interface was modern and intuitive, and our team picked it up quickly without much training. When we switched from our previous software, which we’d used for two years, our bookings increased by 20%. That alone made the transition worth it. While there were a few limitations around pricing customizations and texting privacy, it was a major upgrade in terms of user experience and daily operations.

Customer Service is top notch, they respond quickly and with useful answers and if they don't know they find out or pass you along to someone who can help you. They take feedback seriously and are always making improvements based on that feedback.

> **Cons**: There is so much to love about Mangomint it's hard to come up with a Con. Up until recently I would have said the price but they recently made some changes that makes the price resonable. They actually lowered prices. Unheard of.

> After our last experience with a scheduling platform which had horrible customer service and made everything so difficult, we were so pleased to find Mangomint. They have made everything so easy to use and so straightforward and have never had any of the issues we had with the last platform.

Scheduling and appointment management is very easy and setup in a way that you can edit, add services, change clients, dates/times, or anything about the appointment all from one screen and that is a major upgrade from our last booking system. 

The user interface is beautiful and modern and I think it will be easier for clients to navigate.

My favorite features are the automated flows and campaign tools—they save us so much time with appointment reminders, follow-ups, review requests, birthday messages, and marketing emails. The scheduling and appointment management are seamless, the interface is very user-friendly, and client management keeps everything organized in one place. It’s a great value for the money, customer support is excellent, and I feel confident that our client data is secure. They keep adding new features, and I highly recommend Mangomint to any spa or wellness business.
