> **Pros**: I like being able to attach notes.
I've used a different system before and had to keep paper notes. I can now scan them in.
I like that the customer can pay the fee.
I like that I can do everything on the go with home visits and when WiFi dies.

> **Cons**: The system seems to create duplicates. It does not always realize it's done it, so I have to double check it.
It's a shame I can't set up reminders automatically to be send out for customer birthdays and when it's flow up time. I have to do it all manually from Google calender.
Price just doubled

> Good product. It's a shame the price doubled, as I live having a good low priced product. It scan attachments in, it's just a shame you can't store some under clinical and others as photo attachments of the ear from before and after earwax removal.

> **Pros**: I like the ease of appointment bookings, its simple to do. Also sends automatic email/text confirmations to clients. The notes sesction is really easy as well as have space to write notes after every session with each client. Helps with organisation. I don't make use of all the elements such as online intake forms etc, just because I haven't got around to it and still using paper forms but I intend to in future. The booking system helps to reduce the admin side of things.

> **Cons**: If I could improve anything it would be the pricing. I need to upgrade to a higher subscription because of the storage, but I don't use all the extra elements, so another price range would be good.

> So far a great experience. I would recommend. I'd be lost without carepatron or at least less organised and doing twice the admin. It's also easy for clients to keep track of their appointments also.

> **Pros**: The help service is great, if you have any issues you have a great live agent who gets things done very quickly. The system is super easy to use and the voice AI transcribing is really handy for notes. The price is super good, much cheaper than other brands and yet better. Easy to manage appointments and it sends appointment reminders regularly so clients cant miss it. easy to store patient records and import them from another app.
