> **Pros**: I really like vaipe because it is an easy visualization tool. It fulfills its purpose very well and this is greatly facilitated by the integrations that allow you to receive surveys through other channels.

> **Cons**: At times it is difficult to find some features, for example, when the user answers a survey, there could be an upper bar that he could already see the option of where to go to give feedback and see the feedback received, in addition to the interviews that the user answered.
